The North American Menopause Society Foundation (NAMS Foundation) thanks you for your contribution in support of the Society’s Misson to promote the health and quality of life of women through an understanding
of menopause.
For 20 years, NAMS has been the definitive independent resource for health professionals and the public for accurate, unbiased information about the health issues relating to menopause.
Now you can have the personal satisfaction that comes from helping NAMS make a difference through supporting research, providing education, and helping you or someone you love make informed healthcare decisions through menopause and beyond.
Both NAMS and the NAMS Foundation are tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to either organization are deductible when computing your income and estate taxes. We will respond to your gift with a letter documenting your contribution. Plus, with your permission, we'll post a personal thank-you on this site.
The NAMS Annual Fund
The NAMS Foundation Annual Fund provides basic support for the NAMS Mission. Your gift will enable us to continue serving women through this Web site, the NAMS e-newsletter Menopause Flashes, our Menopause Guidebook, and the Early Menopause Guidebook. Gifts will also support scientific publications for healthcare professionals on important components of menopause management and our highly-valued Annual Meeting attended by leading health practitioners from over 50 countries. Read more about our work here.
The Utian Fund
NAMS Honorary Founding President and Executive Director Wulf H. Utian, MD, PhD, DSc(Med), retires at year’s end 2009. The Utian Fund pays tribute to his seminal contributions in support of women’s health—not only through his work with NAMS, but throughout his entire medical career. Read more here.

I was able to find everything I could
possibly want to know about menopause from NAMS. Now I feel assured that I'm not alone and I'm not imagining these symptoms. I just want to say a heartfelt thank-you to NAMS. The information you provided made a huge difference in my life.
