The Scientific Program Committee, chaired by Cheryl Cox Kinney, MD, FACOG, MSCP, invites you to join them October 21-25, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, Florida, for this year’s Annual Meeting. The scientific program, with the theme Optimizing Health and Longevity at Menopause and Beyond is a must-attend event for anyone involved with menopause and midlife women’s health issues. There will be two premeeting courses, including the highly successful Menopause 101 course and the Sexual Health course. These will be offered concurrently on Tuesday, October 21. The courses will run from 1:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

The main program will begin on Wednesday, October 22, at 8:00 AM with the Opening Symposium that will address Perimenopause. We again offer the popular Test Your Women’s Health Knowledge and Interactive Case Discussions on Wednesday afternoon and a Research Session. We conclude the day with Dr. Claudio Soares’ Presidential Symposium, followed by the President’s Cocktail Reception.

There will be dedicated time to visit the commercial exhibits and the opportunity to attend any of the Product Theaters scheduled throughout the meeting.

Those who register for the in-person Annual Meeting main program, which includes the Opening Symposium, will receive access to the virtual content of the presentations from the main program through OnDemand so that you can review all the valuable information when you return home. For those who are unable to join us in Orlando for the in-person meeting, you can register for the Annual Meeting main program and Opening Symposium, the Menopause 101 course, and the Sexual Health 101 course virtually through OnDemand.
