The Menopause Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. You can earn the CME credits you need as well as maintain your Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential. The Menopause Society awards AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ to physicians and certificates of participation to others, with the number of pharmacotherapeutics hours specified on many programs. 

The 2024 Annual Meeting is available through OnDemand, providing a convenient, easy-to-use avenue to access the content on your own schedule. Access includes the Opening Symposium and the 11 Plenary Symposia and special lectures, and the Menopause 101 and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 101 courses presented at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Watch slides with synchronized audio or download the MP3 audio files and listen on the go.  

The Menopause 101 course offers a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 2.0 pharmacotherapeutic hours. The Medical Breast and Genetics course offers a maximum of 3.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 0 pharmacotherapeutic hours. The Annual Meeting and Opening Symposium offer a maximum of 22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 6.0 pharmacotherapeutic hours. CME credit is available until September 10, 2025

The textbook is The Society’s leading professional resource, featuring the latest comprehensive clinical practice information. The textbook is offered as a print book and in an interactive, downloadable, bookmarked PDF format. 

Written and reviewed in collaboration with dozens of experts in the care and treatment of midlife women, the textbook is an indispensable resource for all practitioners focused on menopause management and the most comprehensive guide to the clinical care of women at midlife and beyond. 

Members may earn CME credits or certificates of participation for reading Practice Pearls. Practice Pearls are a series of clinical overviews and perspectives that tackle challenging problems in the care of women at midlife and beyond. Each Practice Pearl offers CME credit and, depending on content, pharmacotherapeutics hours. CME credits are available for 1 year after the release date of the Practice Pearl

Members may participate in these activities online and access their certificates immediately by logging into the Member Center and going to Online CME. 

Members may earn CME credits or certificates of participation for reading The Menopause Society Position Statements. The Society develops Position Statements about clinical issues pertinent to women at midlife and beyond and provides accompanying PowerPoint slide sets summarizing the Statement’s contents—available free of charge to members. Position Statement topics have included Hormone Therapy, Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause, and Osteoporosis. Each Position Statement offers CME credit and, depending on content, pharmacotherapeutics hours.
