Hyatt Regency Orlando Florida

The Hyatt Regency Orlando is conveniently located at 9801 International Drive, just 12 miles from Orlando Internatinal Airport (MCO). Cvent has ranked the hotel as Florida’s number one convention property five years in a row.  

There are shopping, dining, and more than 100 entertainment options all within a two-mile radius of the hotel.  

Hotel Reservations  

You may make your hotel reservation online at https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/CHIRC/G-INME or by contacting the Reservation Center at the Hyatt Regency at 402-593-5048. Guest should reference The Menopause Society or G-7D8Q when calling to make a reservation.  

The room rate at the Hyatt starts at $275 plus taxes and fees per night to those attending the meeting.

The room block is available for reservations made before September 30, 2025, or until The Society’s block of rooms is sold out. 

2025 Annual Meeting Abstracts

Abstracts from the 2025 Annual Meeting will be published in the December 2025 issue of Menopause. These include speaker abstracts, including those for the Menopause 101 and Sexual Health 101 courses, and those for oral and poster presentations. They are available below. 

Exhibits

The meeting promises to deliver a comprehensive scientific program. Included will be expert faculty presentations on the latest research and interpretations of findings for clinical application. More than 1,600 healthcare professionals are expected to attend in person, representing the key medical thought leaders, decision-makers, and educators in their respective fields. The Exhibit Hall at the 2024 Annual Meeting sold out, so sign-up soon.  

Exhibit Hall Hours

Exhibit Staff Registration 

Admittance to the Exhibit Hall is by badge only. All exhibitors must wear the appropriate badge issued by The Menopause Society. Exhibitor badges provide exhibit staff with admittance to not only the Exhibit Hall but also to the General Session, supported Plenary Symposia, and food and social events. In addition to the exhibitor badges provided based on booth size, badges for bona fide exhibit staff may be purchased for a fee of $150 per badge.

Product Theaters

During The Menopause Society’s 2025 Annual Meeting, all registered attendees are invited to attend the 30-minute, company-sponsored Product Theaters held throughout the meeting. These sessions provide information on the latest products and services, and there is no additional fee to attend.

Abstract Submissions

Learn more about the 2025 Annual Meeting Abstract Submission process, guidelines and form for submission. The deadline for regular submission is April 30, 2025. The deadline for late-breaking submission is June 30, 2025.

Scientific Program

The 2025 Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall offers attendees an opportunity to review and discuss the latest products and services and for company representatives to meet and interact with an influential audience.

Continuing Education

The 2025 Annual Meeting Main Program, Opening Symposium, and Menopause 101 and Sexual Health 101 courses offer opportunities to earn continuing education credits or certificates of participation by attending the events in person or online.

In-person registration fees for the Menopause 101 Course does not provide access to this activity virtually, through OnDemand.

Sexual Health 101 Course

(This course is limited to 300 attendees)

In-person registration fees for the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy 101 Course does not provide access to this activity virtually, through OnDemand.

Annual Meeting—Optimizing Health and Longevity at Menopause and Beyond

The registration fees for the Annual Meeting include attendance to the main program and access to the Opening Symposium on Perimenopause.

Wednesday to Saturday (October 22-25)
In-person registration fees for the Annual Meeting, including the Opening Symposium, also provide access to these activities virtually, through OnDemand. Registrations are nontransferable.


CANCELLATION

Cancellation notices for the in-person events received by September 15, 2025, will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be given after that date.

Member Discount

Members receive discounts on registration fees for the Menopause 101 Course, the Sexual Health 101 Course, and the Opening Symposium and Annual Meeting, to those who are current members of the Society.

In-Training Discount

Discounts are offered on the registration fees for the Menopause 101 Course, the Sexual Health 101 Course, the Opening Symposium, and Annual Meeting for those in training. “In-training” is defined as those full-time students, residents, and fellows at a university or other tertiary educational institution. In-training registrants are entitled to the same privileges as other participants. To receive the special registration fee, a signature of the Department Head is required on the registration form. 

Virtual Registration

Virtual Meeting Registration

The Annual Meeting will be available again virtually this year. The virtual offering through OnDemand provides a convenient, easy-to-use avenue to access the content on your own schedule. Access includes the Opening Symposium and the 11 Plenary Symposia and special lectures, as well as the Menopause 101 and Sexual Health 101 courses (separate registrations required). The virtual offering includes slides with synchronized audio or download of the MP3 audio files to listen to on the go.  

Those who are registered for the in-person Annual Meeting main program will receive access to the virtual content of the presentations within the main program and Opening Symposium through OnDemand. Concurrent sessions and abstract presentations are not included in the virtual offering through OnDemand.  

Those who are registered for the in-person Menopause 101 or Sexual Health 101 courses do not have access to the virtual content of the presentations after the meeting.
