2026 Annual Meeting Abstracts
Abstracts from the 2026 Annual Meeting will be published in the December 2026 issue of Menopause. These include speaker abstracts, those from the Menopause 101 and Bone Health 101 courses, and oral and poster presentations. Abstracts will be available on October 20, 2026.
Exhibits
The meeting promises to deliver a comprehensive scientific program. Included will be expert faculty presentations on the latest research and interpretations of findings for clinical application. More than 2,000 healthcare professionals are expected to attend in person, representing the key medical thought leaders, decision-makers, and educators in their respective fields. The Exhibit Hall at the 2025 Annual Meeting sold out, so sign-up soon.

Exhibit Staff Registration
Admittance to the Exhibit Hall or scientific sessions is by
badge only. A badge can be obtained only by registering with
The Menopause Society. All exhibitors must wear the badge
issued by the Society. Exhibitor registration details will be
sent in advance of the meeting. Exhibitor badges provide
company representatives with admittance to the Exhibit
Hall and product theaters only. In addition to the exhibitor
badges provided on the basis of booth size, additional
exhibitor badges for bona fide company representatives may
be purchased for a fee of $200 per badge.

Industry Education Sessions
During The Menopause Society’s 2026 Annual Meeting, all registered attendees are invited to attend the 30-minute, company-sponsored Industry Education Sessions held throughout the meeting. These sessions provide information on the latest products and services, and there is no additional fee to attend.

Abstract Submissions
Learn more about the 2026 Annual Meeting Abstract Submission process, guidelines and form for submission. The deadline for regular submission is March 31, 2026. The deadline for late-breaking submission is May 31, 2026.
Scientific Program

Continuing Education
The 2026 Annual Meeting Main Program, Opening Symposium, and Menopause 101 and Bone Health 101 courses offer opportunities to earn continuing education credits or certificates of participation by attending the events in person or online.
Overflow Room
To accommodate additional attendees, an overflow room has been arranged at the hotel. This room will stream the presentations from the General Session, and attendees will be able to participate in the Q&A sessions through the meeting app. Once the General Session room reaches capacity, attendees will be directed to the overflow room.

Annual Meeting and Opening Symposium
The registration fees for the Annual Meeting include attendance to the main program and access to the Opening Symposium and the Menopause Research Workshop.
Wednesday to Saturday (October 21-24)
In-person registration fees for the Annual Meeting, including the Opening Symposium. Registrations are nontransferable.

Guest registration is limited to one per paid registrant. Registered adult guests may attend the President’s Reception and Poster Reception but are not admitted to any scientific sessions.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation notices for the in-person events received by September 15, 2026, will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be given after that date.
Member Discount
Current members receive discounts on registration fees for the Menopause 101 Course, the Bone Health 101 Course, and the Opening Symposium and Annual Meeting.
In-Training Discount
Discounts are offered on the registration fees for the Menopause 101 Course, the Bone Health 101 Course, the Opening Symposium, and Annual Meeting for those in training. “In-training” is defined as those full-time students, residents, and fellows at a university or other tertiary educational institution. In-training registrants are entitled to the same privileges as other participants. To receive the special registration fee, a signature of the Department Head is required on the registration form.
Virtual Registration
Virtual Meeting Access
The Annual Meeting virtual offering provides a convenient, easy-to-use avenue to access the content on your own schedule. Access includes the Opening Symposium and the 11 Plenary Symposia and special lectures. The Menopause 101 and Bone Health 101 courses are also available for virtual access. The recorded presentations will be available within 24-48 hours. Livestreaming of the presentations is not available.
Registration for the in-person Annual Meeting main program includes access to the virtual content of the presentations within the main program and Opening Symposium. Concurrent sessions, abstract presentations, and the Menopause Research Workshop are not included in the virtual offering.
Registration for the in-person Menopause 101 or Bone Health 101 includes access to the virtual content of the presentations for that course.
